Homeowner Advocates, Inc. feels strongly that it clients should enjoy the comfort of services guaranteed to meet or exceed industry standards for care and professionalism regardless of which of our programs or network providers you chose. To assure full client satisfaction, our senior executive staff approves the Case Service Plan for each client as well as results obtained by our netowrk providers to assure results appropriate to each clent's particular facts and circumstances. Service and Payment Plans
Homeowners Advocates, Inc. offers two types of Service and Payment Plans: Phased Pay-As-You-Go Plans and Discount Advance Payment Plans. In all Phased Pay-As-You-Go Plans, you pay only for the work that is actually being performed in the particular phase of the Case Service Plan. Only on your approval of the completed phase and direction to move ahead to the next phase will Homeowners Advocates, Inc. bill you for the particular services in that phase of the Case Service Plan. You may terminate our services at any time and have absolutely no obligation to continue to the next phase or pay for work not performed. All Discount Advance Payment Plans have been submitted for review to the California Department of Real Estate and no such plan will be offered until all DRE requirements are met. All funds received are deposited to and maintained in a trust account at US Bank until the services appropriate to any particular phase of work are completed.

Refund Policy and Money Back Guarantee
Homeowners Advocates, Inc. will refund any client 100% of all payments made for services that have not been started at the time a writen request for refund is received by Homeowners Advocates, Inc. at its Pasadena office and if those services are not completed within a reasonable period of time based on industry standards. This applies both to DRE reviewed Discount Advance Payment Plans and to Pay-As-You-Go Plans. A written request for refund may be made by US Mail to 150 S. Arroyo Parkway, 2nd Floor, Pasadena, CA 91107 or by submission of an email on the Contact Us page of this site. Refunds will be made within five (5) business days.
